The Patriarchal Palace stands as one of Sremski Karlovci's most splendid edifices and serves as a quintessential example of episcopal residences in Serbia. This architectural gem holds the status of a cultural monument of extraordinary importance and was painstakingly constructed between 1892 and 1895, based on the visionary design of our esteemed architect, Vladimir Nikolić.

The Cathedral Church of St. Nicholas takes its place as the primary and largest Orthodox church in Sremski Karlovci. It stands in close proximity to the former seat of the Serbian Patriarchate, the historic Patriarchal Palace, which now houses the bishop's court of the Srem Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church. The Cathedral Church, a spiritual focal point, holds a central role in the diocese's life.

Vidikovac, a vantage point overlooking Sremski Karlovci, with its cultural and historical treasures and the expansive Bačka plain, offers a captivating vista. Guided by the artistic vision of the Italian architect Giuseppe Aprili, this baroque-style masterpiece was crafted from red marble. It has since become an enduring symbol of Karlovci.
